Lemströmskanal bro
In connection with the renovation of the Lemström canal bridge, we were responsible for programming and commissioning the new control system. Bridge was previously manuevered by hydraulics but was now to be changed to frequenzy inverters.

A major challenge was the synchronous control of the two electric motors that swing the bridge against a fixed gear ring. Advanced control ensures that the motors always share the load and work in harmony.
The completed system allows the bridge to be operated sequentially, stopped or changed direction at any time, and controlled from different control positions – with high operational reliability and flexibility.

A workstation at a manufacturer of spare parts for the automotive industry. The operator has the opportunity to place material around the servo-rotated disc and the robot applies a gasket which then hardens the gasket/glue as it rotates.
